Terms of Use

Last updated 20 July 2026

These terms cover your use of the LedgerOne website. They do not cover the LedgerOne software itself — that is governed by the separate agreement we sign with each customer.

About this site

This website is operated by Brightlogics. It describes LedgerOne, an ERP platform built on the open-source Frappe/ERPNext framework, and exists so you can evaluate whether it fits your business.

What the content is and is not

Everything here is provided for general information. Product descriptions, feature lists and roadmap items reflect our intentions at the time of writing and may change. Features marked as roadmap are not part of the product today and should not be relied on when making a purchasing decision.

Nothing on this site is accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and nothing here forms a contract or a binding offer. A quotation or signed agreement does that.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its form endpoint or its hosting;
  • submit false contact details, or use the form to send bulk or automated messages;
  • scrape or republish the content as your own;
  • use the site in any way that breaks the law in your jurisdiction or ours.

Intellectual property

The LedgerOne name, logo, page copy and design belong to Brightlogics. The underlying Frappe/ERPNext platform is open-source software owned by its respective authors and used under its own licence. Third-party names mentioned on this site belong to their owners and their use here does not imply endorsement.

Third-party links

We link to external sites — a demo video on YouTube, WhatsApp for messaging. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee either. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brightlogics is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Privacy

How we handle the details you send us is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
