What we collect

Two things, and nothing else:

• What you send us. When you submit the demo-request form we receive your name, company, work email, phone number and anything you write in the message field. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever that message contains.
• How you found and used the site. Standard analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, referring site — plus the advertising click identifier if you arrived from one of our ads.

We do not ask for, want, or knowingly store financial details, government identifiers or any data about your customers through this website.

Why we collect it

• To reply to you. Contact details you submit are used to schedule your demo and answer your questions. That is the entire purpose.
• To understand our advertising. The click identifier lets us see which search terms bring us genuine enquiries, so we stop paying for the ones that do not.
• To improve the site. Aggregate analytics tell us which pages help and which are ignored.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing. We do not add you to a newsletter because you requested a demo.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking. These set cookies in your browser to recognise a returning visit and to connect an enquiry back to the ad that produced it.

We operate Google Consent Mode. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage default to denied — measurement happens without cookies unless you opt in. Elsewhere, including Pakistan, these default to granted. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site works normally without them.

Who else processes your data

• Google — analytics and advertising measurement.
• Netlify — hosts the site and runs the form endpoint.
• Brevo — delivers the notification email containing your enquiry to our sales inbox.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms as well as this policy.

Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We choose them for function, not for data collection.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in our sales records for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you, and are deleted on request. Analytics data follows Google’s standard retention period.

Your choices

Write to us at info@ledgeroneai.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in and no charge. If you asked for a demo and changed your mind, say so and we will remove your details and stop contacting you.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. The current version always governs.
